二、外購件、外協(xié)件均應有制造廠(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品合格證，并符合相關(guān)標準的要求，經(jīng)攪拌車(chē)生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)檢驗合格后方可裝配。
2、 The purchased parts and outsourcing parts shall be provided with the product qualification certificate of the manufacturer and meet the requirements of relevant standards. They can be assembled after passing the inspection by the mixer manufacturer.
三、攪拌車(chē)的廠(chǎng)定大總質(zhì)量不得超過(guò)底盤(pán)的大許用值，轉向軸(輪)載質(zhì)量和側傾穩定角應符合GB7258的規定。
3、 The total mass of the mixer truck shall not exceed the maximum allowable value of the chassis, and the steering axle (wheel) load mass and roll stability angle shall comply with the provisions of GB7258.
四、焊縫應均勻、平直。無(wú)漏焊、裂紋、央渣、表面應無(wú)毛邊，包砂等現象。
4、 The weld shall be even and straight. There should be no welding leakage, crack, central slag, burr on the surface and sand inclusion.
五、所有外露黑色金屬表面均應作防銹處理。外表裝飾漆應美觀(guān)大方，符合GB7258的規定。

六、從進(jìn)料到輸送卸料完畢，允許的長(cháng)時(shí)間為90mh，且攪拌筒按規定連續運輸不大于300轉。攪拌車(chē)行駛時(shí)，高車(chē)速不得超過(guò)如50km/h

十、輸送應安裝牢固。各連接部分部件不應有損壞、變形等現象，不應有上車(chē)與底盤(pán)偏離原先的固定裝置的情況。

十一、車(chē)在大總質(zhì)量狀態(tài)下，以20km/h的速度府能通過(guò)14%的坡道外溢。

十二、制動(dòng)性能府符合國標規定。行駛車(chē)外噪聲應符國標要求。

十三、整車(chē)的各項密封性能良好，各密封面、管接頭及所有連接部位均不得有滲油漏氣的現 象。
