小型混凝土攪拌車全部展開各支腿油缸，包括擺動、伸縮（伸出和縮進 比喻在一定限度內的變通）、垂直油缸等；臂架因場地、時效等因素局限，僅展開（全展）大臂油缸，其余臂架油缸收縮到位；活塞桿巡查：檢查泵送油缸活塞桿是否有拉傷跡象，如有則更換；檢查油箱各油口連接處，是否有漏油、開裂等現象。

將小型混凝土攪拌車的車泵送油缸液壓油排除，拆除砼活塞和泵送油缸無桿或鏈接閥塊；關閉球閥（應用領域：食品、化工、石油、電力等），進行閉式系統排油和開式系統排油，排除油缸油桿腔油液和油箱液壓油。

3、進行小型泵車油箱清洗，拆掉油箱底部防水隔板，用柴油或煤油清洗液壓油箱，用海綿吸出多余的油，然后用面團把油箱內的參與雜質粘干凈。小型混凝土泵由泵體和輸送管組成。是一種利用壓力，將混凝土沿管道連續輸送的機械，主要應用于房建、橋梁及隧 道施工。主要分為閘板閥混凝土輸送泵和S閥混凝土輸送泵。再一種就是將泵體裝在汽車底盤上，再裝備可伸縮或屈折的布料桿，而組成的泵車。

8、泄油管路排油。為保證油箱油液順利沖洗泄油管路，所拆除泄油管路接頭處低于油箱液面。

9、小型混凝土攪拌車的車泵泵車臂架液壓系統排油。因在排油前大臂油缸伸展到位，其余油缸收縮到位，故所有臂架油缸只有一腔充滿油液；另一腔因油缸伸展、收縮到位，所容納油液體積很小，可以忽略。例：排油前大臂油缸伸展到位，故排油時只需考慮排除大臂油缸無桿腔所容納油液。

10、支腿系統排油。從油箱處斷開支腿多路閥T口油箱管路，并將油箱接頭用堵頭堵住，T口管路接油桶，注：支腿系統排油時，不要兩邊同時排，例：排完左邊再排右邊。
