c、 攪拌筒轉速及攪拌時間“

一旦液壓泵發生故障，可按以下緊急驅動步驟進行驅動：

c、 將故障車（驅動車）熄火，將其液壓馬達的高壓油管接頭卸下，并與故障車上液壓馬達的對應接頭軟管相連接；
c. Turn off the fault vehicle (drive vehicle), remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector of its hydraulic motor and connect it with the corresponding connector hose of the hydraulic motor on the fault vehicle;
d、 發動救援車，將其操縱手柄撥出料位置，故障車內的混凝土即被排出；緊急驅動完畢后，將救援軟管卸下，并恢復兩車原狀

5、操作是注意幾個要點

1、在混凝土攪拌車作業前需進行檢查，確認轉向、制動、燈光、信號系統靈敏有用，攪拌運輸車滾筒和溜槽無裂紋和嚴重損傷，攪拌葉片磨損在正常范圍內，底盤和副車架之間的U形螺栓連接良好。

3、在社會道路上行駛需遵守交通規則。轉彎半徑應符合使用說明書的要求，時速不大于15km。進站時速不大于5km。

4、作業時，嚴禁用手觸摸旋轉的滾筒和滾輪。
