如果各種類(lèi)型的攪拌車(chē)在使用期間操作不當會(huì )引起很多種事故或者問(wèn)題，比如說(shuō)翻車(chē)、液壓泵、馬達、減速機過(guò)快磨損甚出現嚴重后果。所以應該如何來(lái)應對呢？

If various types of mixer truck are operated improperly during use, it will cause many accidents or problems, such as rollover, rapid wear of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, and even serious consequences. So how should we deal with it?

起動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)之前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。攪拌車(chē)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。攪拌車(chē)在露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質(zhì)量。

Before starting the mixer truck, put the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position. After starting the engine of the mixer truck, make the mixing drum rotate at low speed for about 10 minutes, and make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to more than 20 ℃. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to discharge the ponding and sundries, so as to ensure the quality of concrete.

攪拌車(chē)在運輸混凝土時(shí)，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動(dòng)造成擺動(dòng)，在行進(jìn)中打傷行人或影響其它車(chē)輛正常運行。攪拌車(chē)車(chē)內裝有混凝土時(shí)，在現場(chǎng)停滯時(shí)間不得超過(guò)1小時(shí)，如超時(shí)應立即要求現場(chǎng)負責人給予及時(shí)處理。

When transporting concrete, the mixer shall ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles. When the mixer truck is loaded with concrete, the stagnation time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.

攪拌車(chē)裝運攪拌好的混凝土時(shí)，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。

When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 R / min. during transportation, the speed of the mixing drum on the flat road is guaranteed to be 2-3 R / min. when driving on the road with a side slope greater than 50 or the road with large shaking left and right, the mixing and rotation shall be stopped and resumed after the road conditions improve.

混凝土攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規定的時(shí)間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(cháng)時(shí)間停轉，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現象。司機應時(shí)常觀(guān)察混凝土情況，發(fā)現異常及時(shí)通報調度室，申請做出處理。

The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, report any abnormality to the dispatching room in time and apply for handling.

如果在普通公路上發(fā)動(dòng)機出現了過(guò)熱，應該盡快地降低車(chē)速，把汽車(chē)駛到樹(shù)蔭下，或駛到相對比較涼快的地方，把汽車(chē)停下來(lái)。打開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)機罩蓋，讓發(fā)動(dòng)機怠速運轉，等待發(fā)動(dòng)機溫度逐漸恢復正常。在發(fā)動(dòng)機水溫恢復正常之后，將發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火。

If the engine overheats on ordinary roads, you should reduce the speed as soon as possible, drive the car to the shade of trees or to a relatively cool place, and stop the car. Open the engine hood, let the engine run at idle speed, and wait for the engine temperature to gradually return to normal. After the engine water temperature returns to normal, turn off the engine.

然后再等待一段時(shí)間，直到發(fā)動(dòng)機的水溫充分地下降了之后，再檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機的冷卻水量。這時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機的冷卻水量大都嚴重不足。按著(zhù)規定量把冷卻水補足之后，再檢查一下冷卻系統，確認沒(méi)有其他故障之后，可以起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機，繼續行駛。

Then wait for a period of time until the water temperature of the engine drops sufficiently, and then check the cooling water volume of the engine. At this time, the cooling water of the engine is mostly seriously insufficient. After replenishing the cooling water according to the specified amount, check the cooling system. After confirming that there are no other faults, start the engine and continue driving.

混凝土攪拌車(chē)水箱的水量要經(jīng)常保持裝滿(mǎn)，以備急用，冬季停機后，應將水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌筒內的水放凈，并停放在朝陽(yáng)、不積水的地方，以免凍壞機械。在冬季應及時(shí)安裝保溫套，并使用防凍液對攪拌車(chē)加以保護，根據天氣變化更換燃油標號，確保機械的正常使用。

The water volume of the water tank of the concrete mixer truck shall be kept full for emergency use. After shutdown in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum shall be drained and parked in a place with no ponding in the sun to avoid freezing the machine. In winter, the thermal insulation sleeve shall be installed in time, the anti freezing liquid shall be used to protect the mixer, and the fuel grade shall be changed according to the weather change to ensure the normal use of the machinery.
