車(chē)體的規格需要符合的要求，規格主要參數要符合公示。車(chē)身是否堆放雜物，檢查柴油、機油、各種齒輪油、各種助力油、發(fā)動(dòng)機冷卻液和制動(dòng)液，的液位和滲漏情況。

對于外購件需要有生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)的出廠(chǎng)合格證，而且要符合相關(guān)的標準要求，需要經(jīng)過(guò)混凝土攪拌車(chē)生產(chǎn)商的檢查，達標后才能使用。對于所有露出的金屬，表面需做防銹，符合相關(guān)的要求。

攪拌車(chē)的各構件安裝堅固，各接入部分不能有受損、形變等現象?？傎|(zhì)量的情況下，在坡道上行車(chē)不能有混泥土外流現象。車(chē)子的排污還要符合的標準。
