小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)液壓系統是由包括減速器和變量柱塞泵所組成的閉式回路，且變速箱與液壓系統采用同一油路。減速器選用德國ZF或意大利PMP公司生產(chǎn)的混凝土攪拌車(chē)專(zhuān)用減速器，柱塞泵、液壓馬達則選用德國力士樂(lè )公司的產(chǎn)品，能提供的輸出性能和超長(cháng)的使用壽命。整個(gè)系統所使用的潤滑油型號為SAE15W-40，油品等級不低于下列標準：-MIL-L-46152C/-D/-E。

小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)攪拌車(chē)的電器系統由三部分組成：冷卻風(fēng)扇控制部分和后示廓燈部分。冷卻風(fēng)扇控制部分：冷卻風(fēng)扇的起停由溫度開(kāi)關(guān)自動(dòng)控制，溫度高于65℃時(shí)風(fēng)扇啟動(dòng)，低于60℃時(shí)風(fēng)扇停止。溫度開(kāi)關(guān)位于冷卻器上，繼電器與保險片在蓄電池旁電源繼電器盒內。后示廓燈部分：后示廓燈用于夜間表示車(chē)后部輪廓大小，與后牌照燈同時(shí)點(diǎn)亮與熄滅。
